We rely on reliable shipping companies such as Bosta.
- Delivery is available to various supported regions.
- Shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on user location and shipment weight.

Exchanges and Returns
Return Policy
🔁 1. Return Conditions (14 Days)
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order if the following conditions are met:
- The product is unused and in its original condition.
- Original packaging and accessories are included.
- Receipt or proof of purchase is available.
❌ 2. Non-returnable Items
- Products damaged due to misuse.
- Opened or custom-made products.
- Perishable goods or personal hygiene items (e.g., cosmetics, underwear).
💵 3. Return & Refund Process
- After receiving and inspecting the item, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your request.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 – 14 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless it was our error.
- The customer bears return shipping costs unless the item is incorrect or defective from the source. In case of our error, we cover all shipping costs.
Important Note: We do not accept exchanges; you can only return the item for a refund and place a new order.
