First: Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 1 – 3 business days of payment confirmation.

Orders are shipped on official business days only (Sunday to Thursday).

Some orders may be delayed during show periods or seasons.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated upon order completion based on the customer’s location and shipment weight.

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email or phone number to track the shipment status.

Second: Return and exchange policy

🔁 1. Recovery period

You can request a return or exchange of the product within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

The following conditions must be met to accept a return:

The product is unused and in its original condition.

The presence of original packaging and accessories (if any).

Receipt or proof of purchase is available.

If accepted, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 – 14 business days.

Shipping fees are not refunded, unless it is our fault.
